Dated Police Station Sections 20.05.2024 Pataudi, District Gurgaon 25(1-B)(A), 29A & 29B of Arms Act Apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 BNSS 2023. 2.

Counsel for the State submits that there was no interim protection to the petitioner and this Court on 20.03.2025 had clarified that there is no stay on petitioner's arrest and pendency of this petition shall not come in the way of investigator, if he wants to arrest the petitioner. On instructions counsel for the State submits that after passing of the above said order, petitioner has been arrested rendering the present petition infructuous. 3.

Given above, petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
