Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for releasing detenue, namely, Harpreet Kaur from illegal custody/confinement of respondents No.4 to 10 as her life being in constant danger at the hands of respondents No.4 to 10. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has complied with the direction given by this Court vide order dated 03.12.2024. He has placed on record a copy of the Fixed deposit receipt amounting to Rs.1,00,000/- in the name of detenue-Harpreet Kaur. Copy of the same has been taken on record.

Learned counsel for the complainant has affirmed the factum of making FDR in the name of detenue.

In view of the aforesaid facts, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the present petition is disposed of as such. December 10, 2024 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
