Learned counsel restricts the prayer only to the direction to respondents to decide the appeal filed on 15.02.2023, against the order dated 19.01.2023, which ought to have been decided within a period of 90 days, in terms of Rule 17(5) of the Indian Bank Officer Employees (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1976, however, the same has not been done, to which Mr. Gaurav Goel, Advocate, who appeared on behalf of the respondents, on instructions has apprised the Court that the same had already been decided on 06.04.2024, copy whereof had been sent to the petitioner.
