Pursuant to the last order dated 25.11.2024, learned State counsel has produced the petitioner's result, which is retained as Annexure 'A' on the case file. It shows he has secured more marks than the last Seema 2024.12.18 18:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document



  selected candidate for the post of TGT Urdu in BC-B category for both ROH and Mewat cadres. The reason cited for non-selection of the petitioner is being overage. Learned counsel also contends that detailed reasons for not selecting the petitioner will be conveyed to him by respondent no. 3/Secretary of the Commission within a period of two weeks. 3.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file a fresh one to challenge the communication so conveyed.
