(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.69 dated 29.06.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, 1860 (Sections 467, 468, 471 of IPC deleted later on during investigation) at Police Station Cyber Crime, Sector 17, Chandigarh. 2.

The allegations pertain to the petitioner leading the victim to invest which probably has gone wrong.

Counsel for the petitioner relies upon the compromise between the parties i.e. Annexure P-2.

The factum of there being a compromise between the parties has been accepted by Mr. Yashveer Kharb, Advocate, who appears on behalf of the complainant and files his power of attorney today in Court, which is taken on record.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, keeping in view the fact that the transaction between the parties is purely commercial in nature and the parties have compromised, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
