Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to decide the representation/complaint of the petitioner dated 03.04.2023 (Annexure P-4) and also for taking appropriate action against the private respondents No. 4 to 7 who are pressurizing the petitioner to compromise the matter against her will.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the State has not yet filed the status report. However, she, on instructions from Inspector Sanjeev Kapoor, submits that the said representation dated 03.04.2023 (Annexure P-4) is still pending before the Director Bureau of Investigation, Punjab, Chandigarh, but assured that the decision would be taken on the said representation and the same be decided within four weeks from today. 3.

In view of the statement given by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of.
