This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 01.10.2024 passed in CWP-17754-2013. 2.

Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of the speaking order dated 04.11.2025, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
