TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA , J. (Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant/release the benefits to the petitioner as per clause 11 of the Teacher Transfer Policy, 2016 (amended time to time), dated 01.06.2017 and 13.04.2022, Annexures P-1 and P-2 respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending legal notice, dated 19.08.2024, Annexure P-5, in a specified period.
