Seeking setting aside of the order dated 14.10.2024 passed by the ACJM, Sonipat, Haryana, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 528 BNSS 2023.

Counsel for the State has handed over copy of the order dated 02.12.2024 passed by the CJM, Sonepat, which is taken on record. By making reference to the said order, he submits that petitioner has himself surrendered before the trial Court rendering the present petition infructuous.
