The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 29.05.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-17619-2019, whereby on the basis of statement made by learned Advocate General, Haryana, that if any post is vacant in the category of the petitioner then the petitioner will be considered for selection and appointment.
