16 Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0371, dated 06.11.2023, under Sections 420, 419, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Tripuri, District Patiala. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court within a week. Allowed to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within the stipulated period and files an application for the grant of regular bail, the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously, as per law.

Needless to say that if the petitioner does not surrender before the Court concerned within the said period, this order would be of no avail to him.
