Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 09.11.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)-4, Jalandhar vide which the evidence of the plaintiff-petitioner was closed by order. 2.

None had appeared on behalf of the plaintiff-petitioner on 15.02.2024. None had appeared on 24.07.2024 as well. Today again none has put in appearance on behalf of the plaintiff-petitioner. 3.

As per the E-Courts website of District Courts, Jalandhar the suit itself stands dismissed with costs vide judgment and decree dated 12.09.2024 and hence the present petition has since been rendered infructuous.
