This is a petition under Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 31.07.2025 passed in CRWP-8186-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has filed a compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh. Aditya Uppal, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur wherein it has been stated that the matter has been decided and the petitioner has since been granted parole. The said affidavit is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged.
