This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 29.05.2025 passed in CWP-16714-2025. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh. Kapil Rana, Sub Divisional Engineer, Israna Water Service Sub Division Irrigation & W.R. Department, Haryana, Panipat has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. It has been stated in the compliance report that the representation of the petitioner has been examined and his claim stands rejected vide a speaking order dated 30.07.2025.

In view of the compliance report, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
