(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of an appropriate order or direction to respondents No.1 to 8 to deliver the possession of the land to the petitioner in pursuance of the Sanad Takseem (Annexure P-4). 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the possession already stands delivered to the petitioner.
