The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.for issuance of directions to the respondents to conduct fair, impartial and expeditious investigation into the case FIR No.217 dated 06.09.2023 under Sections 323, 354, 34,452IPC,1860 (Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, (Amended) 2012, 2019 was added later on) registered at Police Station Model town, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that she has moved a representation dated 18.11.2023 (Annexure P-2) to Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur but till date the same has not been decided. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 4.
