(Oral) The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of pre-arrest bail in case bearing FIR No.0092 dated 27.06.2025 registered under Sections 109, 118(1), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Division No.1, Tehsil and District Pathankot, Punjab. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s). Learned State counsel on instruction from concerned Investigating Officer submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required for the purpose of investigation.
