 The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the complaint/legal notice dated 24.10.2023 (Annexure P-12) within a stipulated period.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the alternative efficacious remedies available to them in accordance with law.
