The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking release of 13 detenues, whose names are mentioned in Para No.2 of the petition, who are stated to be illegally detained by respondents No.4 & 5. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, restricted his prayer to the extent of issuance of direction to respondent No.2 - The District Magistrate, District Kurukshetra (Haryana).

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - The District Magistrate, District Kurukshetra (Haryana) to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation dated 12.11.2024 (Annexure Pankaj Kakkar 2024.11.22 16:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
