The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 04.07.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-24349-2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous since the order dated 04.07.2023 passed by learned Single Bench has been complied with. 3.

In view of the above, the present contempt is purged and rule is discharged.
