This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 11.07.2025 passed in CWP-10085-2025. 2.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Ms. Heena, Legal Assistant states that the Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity (DCRG) has since been released in favour of the petitioner.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged.
