Affidavit has been filed of Sh. Varun Sharma, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Patiala, Punjab wherein it has categorically been stated that no parallel inquiry as alleged is being conducted and the inquiry which was going on was only in respect of FIR No.71 dated 14.04.2025 registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61 BNS at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala.
