(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing of the announcement dated 16.09.2024, Annexure P-2, whereby the Commission decided to conduct Subject Knowledge Test for the post of PGT Mathematics pursuant to advertisement 28/2024 without conducting a Screening Test.

The issue already stands decided against the petitioner by this Court vide judgment, dated 12.11.2024, rendered in Civil Writ Petition No.30523 of 2024 titled Lila Ram and others v. State of Haryana and others. 3.

Accordingly, there is no ground to entertain the petition, and it stands dismissed.
