After arguing for some time, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned counsel, who has filed memorandum of appearance on behalf of the respondents-BBMB, has no objection to the limited prayer made and on instructions from Ms. Vandana Sr. Law Officer, BBMB, states that in case a representation is filed in 2 weeks, the same shall be decided by passing a speaking order and granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of 2 weeks thereafter.
