Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to grant the pension w.e.f. 01.05.2019 in the name of husband of the petitioner (Binda Siri Sada) at the superannuation age dated 30.04.2019 and family pension w.e.f. 04.06.2021 to the petitioner on account of death of her husband on 04.06.2021 and to release the arrears of the pension and family pension to the petitioner with market rate of interest from the due date to the date of realization of the amount and to release other retirement benefits to the petitioner as admissible to the husband of the petitioner such as Gratuity, leave encashment, GIS, GPF/EPF etc. 2.
