Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was working as a Medical Officer (Dental) since 2014, whereafter on 09.01.2018, he was adjusted as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with NHM, though previously his contract was not extended w.e.f. 01.04.2016, therefore, he is seeking continuity in service and monetary benefits arising therefrom, with regard to which a representation dated 16.09.2024, Annexure P-18, has been submitted on the premise that similarly situated employees, as mentioned in Annexures P-20 and P-22, having been granted the benefit, however the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction is given to respondent No. 2 to decide the same in a time bound manner.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Vibha Tewari, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No. HAMANT 2024.11.25 19:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-31680-2024 2 to consider and decide the representation 16.09.2024, Annexure P-18, within a period of 3 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
