Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.107 dated 14.09.2023, under Sections 323, 324, 427, 452, 506, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, (for short, 'IPC') (offences under Sections 326 & 307 IPC were added later on), registered at Police Station Urban Estate, District Patiala.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
