Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 8BNSS9) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.45 dated 9.6.2025 under Sections 318(4), 319, 336(3), 337 and 340 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66-D of Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime Hisar, District Hisar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. 3.
