NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing speaking order dated 06.10.2023 (Annexure P-10), passed by Punjab State Power Corporation Limited. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to rejoin the services in the department. Further prayer has been made to direct respondent No.6 to reconduct the verification of the petitioner's educational documents and to provide the complete record on what basis, they have rejected the petitioner's verification and to produce the 2019 record regarding the earlier verification and to investigate the matter regarding corruption committed by any person.
