(Oral) Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Ajaib Singh from Police Station Cheema, District Sangrur, the Investigating Officer, informs the Court that petitioner-Chamkaur Singh has already been arrested in the criminal case registered vide FIR No.0099 dated 02.11.2024 at the above-said Police Station under Sections 110, 331(6), 115(2), 191(2), 192, 351(3) & 324(6) of BNS and submits that the present petition has become infructuous.

Resultantly, the petition in hand stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
