The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to re-issue his passport.

The petitioner was issued passport on 22.06.2012 which expired on 21.06.2022. Four FIRs have been registered against the petitioner. The proceedings with respect to three FIR are pending before trial Court. 3.

On being confronted with Notification No. 570 dated 25.08.1993 issued by the Central Government, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach trial court.
