Prayer made in the present petition is for regularization after completion of 240 days, which the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that is covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Mahesh Chander and another, CWP-22925-2015, decided on 09.08.2023 alongwith other connected petitions, Annexure P-6, which attained finality and stands implemented alongwith payment of arrears, with regard to the same representations dated 20.03.2024 and 24.07.2024, Annexures P-8 and P-9, have been submitted, however the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioners, prays that a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Vibha Tewari, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representations dated 20.03.2024 and 24.07.2024, Annexures P-8 and P-9, within a period of 8 weeks, which this Court has no HAMANT 2024.11.25 16:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
