Advocate General, Haryana. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 331 dated 16.07.2024 under Sections 111(3), 310(4) and 310(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita-2023 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad. 2.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2024. Though investigation is over and the charge sheet has been filed on 07.10.2024 and charges have been framed against the accused on 25.11.2024 but the trial has not yet commenced.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the possibility of the petitioner fleeing from justice cannot be ruled out and therefore, the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner stands rejected with liberty to revisit the Court after examination of the main witnesses or if the trial is further delayed, whichever is earlier. 5.
