Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation in this case on 22.12.2023. Learned counsel for the complainant has, however, submitted that recovery of several gold articles are yet to be effected from the petitioner and therefore, he has argued that his custodial interrogation is still required and he does not deserve to be granted concession of pre-arrest bail.
