1. Notice of motion.

2. Mr. Paramjit Batta, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of State.

3. Considering the prayer made by the petitioner, learned counsel for the State does not object to decide this case.

4. The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed for directing the respondents to take decision on the charge-sheets issued to the petitioner on 29.04.2014, 16.03.2020 and 17.06.2020 as well as on show cause notices issued to him on 12.03.2020, 12.03.2020 and 17.03.2020 respectively.

5. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is due to retire in February, 2024 and on account of the pendency of the departmental proceedings, his pension and retiral benefits would be affected.

6. It is noticed that the petitioner has already submitted his reply, however the department is required to take decision on the same. In cases where MOHIT GOYAL 2023.12.21 09:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
