Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 66 dated 24.03.2022, registered under Sections 324, 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 of IPC (Section 326 has been added later on) at Police Station Kharar, Police District Mohali.

Vide order dated 18.12.2023, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sukhwinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. 4.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 18.12.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the Manju 2024.03.21 10:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
