Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Shammy, Jr. Scale Stenographer, Director Development and Panchayat, submits that the salary of the petitioner, which was not being released due to some technical issue, shall now be released within a period of 1 week and insofar as the guidance sought by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Fatehabad to Director General, Development and Panchayat Department dated 04.11.2024, Annexure P-16 is concerned, the same shall be rendered within a period of 03 weeks.
