Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna, District Ludhiana, to ensure that the matter arising out of FIR No. 48, dated 03.04.2024, Police Station City Khanna, District Khanna, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC is got investigated fairly and expeditiously so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest.
