This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 27.01.2025 passed in CWP-14010-2020. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit dated 12.11.2025 of Sh. Moneesh Kumar, Director, Technical Education and Industrial Training, Punjab has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. As per the affidavit, entire amount stands paid except interest @ 6% amounting to Rs.7,92,802/-. Learned State counsel has stated that the said amount has been approved by the Finance Department vide order dated 10.11.2025 and the same would be credited in the account of the petitioner within seven working days.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged.
