Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of impugned order dated 19.09.2025 (P-6), vide which application dated 03.05.2025 (P-4) filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C. by petitioner No.1 for summoning the prosecution witness - Navish Kalia for examination and the Investigating Officer for cross-examination, as well as the prayer for recording the testimony of Navish Kalia through video conferencing, was dismissed by learned JMIC, Phillaur, in FIR No.86, dated 14.05.2019 (P-1), registered under Sections 420/120-B of IPC at P.S. Goraya, District Jalandhar. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 & 3 has produced a copy of judgment dated 30.01.2026, passed by learned JMIC, Phillaur, and submits that the instant petition can be disposed of as JAWALA RAM 2026.02.05 17:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
