This is a petition under Sections 10 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 22.05.2025 passed in CWP10575-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the amount has since been released. He, however, reserves his right to raise the issue regarding interest before the appropriate authority.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
