(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to declare the withheld result of the petitioner for the post of TGT Science in response to advertisement 02/2023, dated 21.02.2023. 2.

Pursuant to the last order, dated 26.11.2024, petitioner's result has been produced which has been retained on record as Annexure 'A'. It shows he has secured more than the cut off marks in the Unreserved category, and has been selected in category nos. 7 and 12 for the post of TGT Science in ROH and Mewat cadres, respectively.

In view thereof, the Commission is directed to recommend the petitioner, who shall be appointed by the Department as TGT Science as per merit, subject to fulfilling the requisite conditions. The appointment shall be with all notional service benefits from the date other selected candidates PAYAL 2024.12.13 19:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
