Main Case:
Learned counsel contends that there is a delay of 2 days in Jodging the FIR. The petitioner, who has 3-year-old child, has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of dispute between him as well as his wife and his mother, with regard to jewellery in question, however, no theft, as a matter of fact, has taken place. He is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.
