 The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to temporary release of the petitioner for a period of one week enabling him to participate in the marriage of his two real niece scheduled to be solemnized on 31.12.2023 and 02.01.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative efficacious remedies available to him in accordance with law. Disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
