At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer for issuance of directions to respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to look into the representation dated 22.11.2023 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
