A.G., Haryana. ***** MANDEEP PANNU, J.(Oral) CRM No.13139 of 2026 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C/528 BNSS seeking restoration of main case, which had been dismissed for nonprosecution by this Court vide the order dated 11.03.2026. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the main petition is ordered to be restored to its original number.

Heard on the petition.

The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition is to expedite the trial which is pending since 2019. The case is still pending for the prosecution evidence.

Keeping in view the pendency of the trial since 2019 and also keeping in view the fact that out of 20 prosecution witnesses, only 06 witnesses have been examined, direction is issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial.
