Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia, for setting aside the impugned orders/letters dated 20.10.2023, 25.10.2023, 09.11.2023 and 16.11.2023, Annexure P-3, P-4, P-7 and P-9, respectively, whereby the petitioner has been asked to get himself medically examined for getting his disability ascertained from PGIMS, Rohtak, and submit a certificate to that effect in the office.

It is apparent on record that the petitioner claims to be suffering from fifty per cent handicap on account of disabled left hand. He was recruited as Teacher in the respondent-Department in 2011, and is now posted as Head Teacher in Government Primary School at Kaithal. He was extended certain benefits on the basis of disability. 3.
Upon receiving certain complaints against him regarding claims of disability, the Department, vide impugned orders, has asked him to AVIN KUMAR 2024.01.31 16:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
CWP No.28600 of 2023 [2] submit disability certificate after getting himself examined from PGIMS, Rohtak. Despite being repeatedly told, he has failed to get himself assessed and/or produce a disability certificate issued under the Rights of Persons with Disability Act, 2016. In case he is suffering from disability, there is no reason why should he shy away from getting himself examined from the concerned Institute. No illegality or irregularity could be pointed out about the impugned orders.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition. 4.
Dismissed.
