(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.102 dated 11.06.2025, registered under Sections 109, 118(2), 115(2), 117(2), 190, 191(3) of BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act at Police Station Shri Hargobindpur, Police District Batala District Gurdaspur. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 14.10.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required for further investigation of the case.

Learned State counsel, on instruction from assisting police official, corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
