  This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR bearing No.157 dated 09.08.2023, registered under Section(s) 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Guhla (wrongly mentioned as Gulha in the head note of the petition), District Kaithal alongwith all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom including the challan submitted by the police officials.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative efficacious remedies in accordance with law. Disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
