TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA , J. (Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners as per instructions, dated 11.11.2003 and 27.02.2004, Annexure P-4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending legal notice, dated 16.07.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specified period.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits that the pending legal notice, dated 16.07.2024, will be decided by the second respondent-Director, Elementary Education, by passing a speaking/reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three months.
